We generally ship all orders with 4 to 5 business days and send a tracking confirmation. So depending on where your barrio is, it could take about a week.

My item is on backorder. How long before I receive it?
Bueno, we gotta talk to Manolo, but we expect it to be approximately 3 to 4 weeks before we can process your order. If that is too long for, we would be happy to exchange or refund your order.

We're glad you asked! Ropa Vieja guarantees all products sold to be free of defect of workmanship and 100% sweatshop free. If you have purchased an item and are unhappy with the fit or unsatisfied in any way, we will gladly replace or refund those items.

Please note that any items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
